Welcome to CREATE ART DAILY

I didn’t go to art school.

I never studied art in any way.

I got an A in my scene design class…for effort.

My dad was an artist and he tried his best to teach me perspective; it didn’t work.

That being said, I love art. I love to create. And I don’t care if I don’t get perspective.

I used to teach art to elementary school students and loved every minute of it. No, I didn’t teach them perspective. But, I taught them how to be creative with many different mediums.

I taught using the TAB philosophy: Teaching Artistic Behavior.

I still follow that philosophy with myself and I CREATE ART DAILY!

“Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.”

Winter Sunset

So, one day I had the urge to do a tissue paper collage. I didn't know what would become of it at that point.
The next evening I saw the most beautiful winter sunset. Every color in the rainbow was in the sky that night and I knew exactly what the tissue paper collage was going to become.
